Bridget and Josh recently had their engagement photoshoot at the National WWI Museum and Memorial in Kansas City, Missouri. This place holds a special spot in my heart as a photographer because it offers a beautiful backdrop of the Kansas City skyline. The memorial’s colors also add a touch of elegance and purity to the photos.
During their session, a thunderstorm started gathering in the distance. We could even catch a glimpse of lightning a few miles away. However, we didn’t let that hinder us, and instead, we took advantage of the approaching storm to capture some truly amazing shots before it hit.
Engagement photography is all about capturing the essence of love and commitment between two individuals. It is about freezing this special time in a couple’s life and creating timeless memories that they can cherish forever. The National WWI Museum and Memorial provided the perfect setting for Bridget and Josh’s engagement photos.
As a photographer, my aim is to create images that evoke emotion and tell a story. By choosing this location, Bridget and Josh showcased their appreciation for both each other and the rich history of Kansas City.
Engagement photography is a wonderful way to celebrate and capture the excitement and anticipation of starting a new chapter in life. The photos taken at the National WWI Museum and Memorial will serve as a reminder of this remarkable time for Bridget and Josh, capturing their love against a stunning backdrop.
